Shipping Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard shipping: €4.90 (delivery time: 3-5 working days)
- Free shipping: On orders over €50
- Express shipping: €9.90 (delivery time: 1-2 working days)
Delivery areas
We currently deliver to Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. Other EU countries available upon request.
Shipping partners
Our packages are reliably delivered by DHL and Austrian Post. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Processing time
Orders received before 2:00 PM are generally processed and shipped on the same working day.
Returns & Refunds
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason.
Requirements for returns
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Hygiene seals must not be damaged
- Items must be in their original condition
Return process
- Contact our customer service team via email at avin@dermavin.com
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return
- You will receive a return label via email
- Send the package back
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days
Return costs
For faulty or damaged products: We will cover the full return costs.
For regular returns: The costs for the return are borne by the customer (approx. €4.90).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
