We offer free shipping on orders over €50. For orders below that, we charge a shipping fee of €4.90.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it. Please contact us immediately.

How can I return an item?
You have 30 days to return unopened products. Contact our customer service team for a return label.
Are return shipping costs refunded?
For defective products, we cover the return shipping costs. For regular returns, the customer bears the costs.
